The Navan Fair, like the Carp Fair, is a major event in the Ottawa Valley. Started in 1946 as a showcase of agricultural excellence, it is a ‘younger sister’ to the Carp fair that celebrates its 145th anniversary this summer.Eli joined in this year’s activities at the Navan Fair and, again, showed his prowess in milking when he won his celebrity match. Here Eli joins Councillor Bloess in celebrating with Elizabeth Muggleton, Navan Fair Ambassador. WELCOME
